great service

I had to replace the cover of the right sideview mirror on my 2021 Envision. The cost of the part was $66.00, which I thought was quite fair. I needed to have it painted to match my car...that was $150.00....that was outrageous, considering the amount of paint and labor involved. I also had to install the cover myself - there was no offer from the bodyshop to "just snap it on". I have been coming to Westcott since I moved to NC and persuaded my daughter to purchase a car with your dealership. The service department has always been more than fair with me and bent over backwards to provide outstanding service at a fair price. Your bodyshop on the other hand seems to work as an independent business with no interest in returning customers.

I am amazed of the kindness of the employees that work in the Service Department. I will drive that extra mile for them to service or repair my Terrain. They have always done exceptional service, whether an oil change, rotate and balance my tires, or minor / major repairs when needed. A big THANK YOU, and I gave you 5.....Excellent!
